While I’m going to show you the basics to playing, “Keep Your Hands To Yourself,” today, it’s really just good old, “Blues In A” from lesson 8 in Blues Guitar Unleashed… with a slight twist…

It involves what I call having an expectation of what you want this to sound like. Most beginning and intermediate guitar players concentrate on the mechanics to the point where they don’t think about what it actually sounds like. If I can get you to be aware of that using today’s video, then you’ve done something important!

      Get it on by TRex is instantly recognisable in the opening bar yet it’s the same big standard blues in E but Bolans dynamics make it unique, along with the chord stabs of E&B & the accompanying bend of the E 6th string at the second fret classic T.Rex the muting & timing are what make it unique
