These questions, admittedly, take the longest to answer, because Griff has to do them all personally and they each take a while to answer. But please feel free to email and music-related questions will get forwarded to Griff and he will answer them.

If you really want to help Griff to help you, include a link to a video or audio of your playing, so he can see and/or hear how you sound now. You can post it on YouTube (unlisted), Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive, or any other sharing services and just send the link. Please, do not try to send a video or audio file through email, it will likely not arrive to us.

I am a customer, and have a music related question

Login to the BGU Member Forum at and send a “conversation” to user, Griff, and Griff will answer you personally. This is by far the fastest, and most efficient way to reach Griff as he is on the forum almost every single day.

Also, consider posting your question publicly in the forum as you will likely get several responses in short order and it might be even more helpful.
