Can I Only Get Customer Service Through Email?

Should I Email Griff Or The Helpdesk?

If you’re a customer asking course-related questions, the best way to get help is the forum. You can login at using your email address and password (click “forgot password” if you don’t know yours.)

If you have a guitar or course related question, and don’t yet have forum access, you can email and we’ll try and get back to within 24 hours (sometimes these take a little longer as I have to answer them personally.)

Occasionally mistakes are made and technology fails us. Modern SPAM filters can be brutal at the ISP level (before the emails even get to your computer) and there are times when emails do not get to where they need to be. On the rare occasion that this happens I will figure out a way to get in touch with you and work out whatever problems you are having.
