The best blues men are the ones that simply have the whole package. They have the voice, the story, and the guitar chops. One of those great blues men is Little Milton. He went down in music history as having one of the best voices in the blues and he can really play the guitar too. Milton’s was around a long time and sampled a lot of styles of the blues, playing with some pretty heavy cats too. I collected a few videos I think you’ll enjoy, featuring the great Little Milton and his songs. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
Let’s start out with a live version of the great song, “The Blues Is Alright.” Check it out at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6V8h2uq5wFQ.

Next I wanted to go way back in Milton’s music career. All the way back to his original hit, “We’re Gonna Make It,” on The Beat with Bill Allen. Enjoy the performance now at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p6YAPUnKRzo.

Lastly, Milton slows it down in this next video. And man does he make that guitar sing. Check out “My Dog and Me” at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rtp1fUY7X_M.

I hope you enjoyed all these videos as much as I did. Unfortunately we lost Little Milton in 2005, but his music will always live on. There’s more coming your way at Blues Guitar Unleashed so stay tuned.
Thanks,
Griff
