This is a new shuffle feel blues lick coming from box 2 of the pentatonic/blues scale, which you very well may know, but we’ll cover real quick.
There will be 5 licks in total, one for each of the 5 boxes, and then we’ll put them all together into a solo (so this is the 2nd lick, make sure you check out yesterday’s lick if you missed it.)

Deb, what worked for me is once you click on the link in the e-mail, INSTEAD of hitting the play button on the video, click on WATCH ON YOUTUBE in the lower left corner. It plays fine, then. Sounds like YouTube just trying to capture some ad views (even if we aren’t watching the ads).

Thanks.. I’m working my way through the 50 Lick course! You give an mp3 backing track, but I’d also like an MP3 of the lick….I find myself trying to listen just to the lick.
Hi Griff. The links in the email for your videos over yesterday and today display an error message and won’t open. I can however open the pdf and mp3.
The link for Box 1 works for me, but Box 2 tells me to log in and prove I’m not a bot. I am logged into My Courses, but I suspect this is a YouTube request to log in.
