I call this one training wheels for Studio One. The Help Icon (shown below) opens up a window right above the time line that gives a brief explanation of wherever you may have your mouse cursor hovering at any given time. The window can even pop out into its own overlay. It's visible any time you enable the help icon (question mark) in the cursor bar. Give it a try and suddenly some of the seemingly random things that happen as you move your mouse around the screen will start to make sense.
