If you need to call to place an order for any reason:

If you have a customer service related question (not a question about the actual course material)

Email helpdesk@bluesguitarunleashed.com for the fastest service, or give us a call at 1-877-66BLUES (662-5837), if you have issues with access, orders not arriving properly, or anything else not music related.

By calling or texting this number 877-662-5837, customers agree to receive text messages, If you no longer wish to receive text messages, you may opt-out at any time by replying “STOP”.

If you need help deciding what course you should get, and are not currently a customer/member:

For this you'll need to reach Griff directly, not through the Helpdesk.  While members (anyone who has purchased anything from Blues Guitar Unleashed at any point, ever) can always reach out to Griff on the member forum, without forum access the best way to try and reach him is through the Blues Guitar Unleashed social channels (Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram.)

If you send a music or course related question to helpdesk@bluesguitarunleashed.com, it will get forwarded, but may take longer to get an answer.

If you are a customer and have a music related question:

Login to the BGU Member Forum at https://bluesguitarunleashed.com/forum and send a “conversation” to user, Griff, and Griff will answer you personally. This is by far the fastest, and most efficient way to reach Griff as he is on the forum almost every single day.

Also, consider posting your question publicly in the forum as you will likely get several responses in short order and it might be even more helpful.
