Pretty sure the answers are No to streaming and yes to upgrade path. Try messaging @Griff (I don't know if the help desk can do that.)

Correct, there is no digital version of 1.0, but there is a very reasonable upgrade to 2.0 from 1.0 if streaming is all you need - message me or email Regina at the helpdesk (helpdesk@bluesguitarunleashed.com) and we'll get you squared away.
