That's nicely done, Mike. I haven't tried playing it, but I'm assuming that the little super-scripts indicate the number of repeats for each section.

Well laid-out and easy to read. Did you do it with Acrobat Pro? If not, what did you use?

That's right about the super scripts.
Griff has used that format a few times. He said that it's VERY common in jazz circles. I just used MS Word. It's a little tedious but not as bad as writing it out long hand (which is what I did first).
