SBS is all about mixing the major and minor sounds, which Griff has said is what separates the men from the boys. The drills are pretty hard. Toughest course I have taken. That's pretty much where the flash cards came from.
If you mostly play by yourself the choice is pretty obvious.

Wow you could not have two more completely opposed topics there!

As tommytubetone said, SBS is the hardest one I have from a technique standpoint (except the speed builders towards the end, I guess.) HTJBA might be a nice change of pace for you?

Is SBS a digital only course? No DVDs?

I purchased Slow Blues Supplement in 2011 complete with Discs and manual. Don't know about now.

You may want to ask @Griff. The course description says both versions are available but the catalog page only seems to have the digital option.

I've got one too, what's Griff's latest course? Was thinking I'd check it out but now actually have no idea what came last...

I'm really liking the How to jam by yourself course! It's a great one!! Regardless of your ability level there are some acoustic riffs (that also work for electric) that you will be able to play and should learn to play!
