In This Video...

You'll see why you need to start improvising right away in order to get up at a jam session, and how you can start quickly and easily.

In addition, you'll see how to remove the fear of hitting wrong notes, or making things sound bad. Plus I'll give you the one, single most important thing you can do to make your solos sound great - right out of the gate.

Hello Griff……..I’m excited by your latest video for the 4 note solo blues-train!!!! Having sheer fun just improvising as you have shown….I think I actually sound passable and “it’s getting better all the time” as Sgt Pepper once said. Terrific stuff!

Hey Griff, you are a natural born teacher. Really enjoy this approach. Do you still do live workshops? If so, let us know the dates for the next one!

Thanks so much, this really is awesome. I was getting stuck on my solos and couldn’t figure out how to stop from playing the same stuff over all my different backing tracks.

I’m so psyched! Now I’ve got some direction. I’ve tried soloing in the past and it’s been hit or miss with the hits trailing considerably. I really appreciate what you put into your videos and can’t wait to practice with the audio files you provided. Thanks so much!

Such a blessing to find a relatable instructor that’s willing to actually teach me instead of trying to impress me with their personal skills. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience!
You make it very easy to understand!

Thank you so much for what you’re doing, like I said before, I’ve never actually been around anyone who plays the blues, so I really think I’m picking up on some things here, I’ve always enjoyed listening to some good blues, but now maybe I’ll learn to play some good blues, thank you

Hi, I love the way you teach. I’ve taken personal private lessons on theory, blues, and jazz in the past. They all seem seem to be a whirlwind of confusion because the instructor’s teach way too fast and they expect you to keep up with their vast knowledge in a weeks time. I can’t wait to have more lessons from you! ..Maybe some private lessons… Thank you!

  10. I’m 72 and want to play like my hero Eric Clapton his phrases are so beautiful to me I don’t know how much time i have left Griff but I hope you can get me somewhere close to my goal before my time is up! thanks Cliff
