My Courses - is this a new feature?

It makes me happpy to play The Blues!
@Griff and @PapaRaptor...

A question if I may. I went to My Courses and now I have two courses. I thought that I had about 26?

Does this mean that we no longer have access to the courses we purchased? Or is it a technical issue? Does anyone else have a similar experience or am I "blessed"?

Tom, I recently went to MyCourses and located one I purchased. Next visit to MyCourses resulted in something similar to your experience.

On the initial visit days prior, I had searched for a course. On the follow up visit, the listing of courses I own was abbreviated due to the search field retaining the info from the search routine. After clearing the search field and just scrolling thru the list, all of my courses were showing.

Don't know if that scenario fits your situation. You may try refreshing and checking for "Old Search Info" then scroll to see if all of the courses are visible...

Thank you for the reply. I wish your solution worked for me but alas, that is not the case. :(

I just checked mine and they all seem to be intact, so it's probably not a new feature.

The reply:

Hey, it's Griff... thanks for your email here to the Helpdesk...

We do our absolute best to respond to every inquiry within 24 hours. Over the weekends it may take just a little longer.

If you have not heard anything in 48 hours, please write back as email is not perfect and there are certainly instances where our messages do not get delivered. And we are committed to handling whatever issues may arise as quickly as possible.

Thanks again and we'll be in touch soon,
Griff

Now I must learn how to be patient!:love:

If you ever used a different email address you have another account with other courses in it.
No, I have not used another eMail account.

Tomorrow at 1146 AM will be 48 hours since my original eMail to the helpdesk. If I should not have heard from the helpdesk by that time, I will follow Griff's advice ("email is not perfect and there are certainly instances where our messages do not get delivered") and try again and again and again!

"My Courses" and "Courses I Own" are both working. Good thing. I have the technical skills of an earth worm.

Here is the message from the help desk:

Regina, Aug 13, 2024, 20:31 PDT:
Hi Tom,

Thank you for your patience! Try logging out under "My Profile" and logging back in again.

It that doesn't work, is it possible to log into the member portal using a different browser?

Regards,
Regina

The browser that I use is Edge. I decided to try Firefox, which I have not used since installing it and all worked as it should! I can see MY COURSES once again. Thank you Regina!

Then I decided to use Edge and log off/on as Regina suggested. It took (to me) a very long time to log on and it worked! Thank you again Regina. Two solutions to the same problem!

@Griff you have a great person at your Helpdesk! See knows how to solve problems caused my Microsoft!

I just confirmed that I in fact have 26 courses. What a feeling to not have access to them. I use this feature daily, so it is important to me. Technology adds a layer of complexity to our music adventure.
