Wayne's Solo 6 Baseline

Sounded good enough for a baseline - I would like to get the climbing part a little tighter and a few other spots and repost later.

Epiphone '56 Les Paul Goldtop (P90 single coil pickups)
Bridge pickup, volume & tone at 10
Ernie Ball Reqular Slinkys (10s)
Picked with fingers and thumb
Recorded with UX1/POD Farm "After Midnight" preset

Top notch as usual Wayne. I'd like to hear it again with a little less distortion. Give us some BB King maybe?

And it sounded really good, I was just thinking that it would sound good with a more mellow tone too. Not criticizing at all.

Yeah great playing Wayne, thanks.
I thought that the distortion sound was a bit harsh sounding though on both recordings.
But I would be happy to be able to play it smoothly as you do.  Great job.

Excellent playing on all of the takes Wayne.  I too liked the cleaner tone best.  Great accomplishment getting through all 6 solos, and each one a gem.

Yeah - Solo 4 was the toughest one for me;  still plan on doing another take of that one  :cool:
