download into Daw ?

is it possible? that is with breaking any copywrite or such law, to download BGU backing tracks in a Daw? I currently am using Studio One, I just want to be able to record for practice purposes, and the occassional "fix-it".

Griff has approved us all to use his tracks for practice. Downloading into your DAW is fine.
