What Makes This Song Great? Ep.100 Peter Frampton

His breakdowns of Boston are good
His analysis of Long Time is so incredibly detailed and he catches every nuance, and he does the same thing here. That's what I love about Beato, he analyzes my favorite songs, totally knows what he's talking about, and he gets excited about the same things I do.

Crossroads

Thump the Bottom
I hear something @ 12:06 that has always hooked me. It sounds like he is playing the double stops, from 2:06 to 2:08 he seems to be playing a triplet, and then finishes with a two note double stop. So what I hear is bo-to-bup, bo-to-bup, bo-to-bup, and then -bo--toup, -bo--toup, and then finishes with bo-tup,bo-tup, bo-tup. Like he holds the first note longer and then plays the second two so they sound as one. It gives a real neat transition, especially with the echo.
