The most reliable way to reach @Griff is to message him here on the Forum. Click the envelope icon in the upper right area of your screen and start a "Conversation" with him. He has said that he checks that nearly every day.

Are you not getting an answer from the helpdesk? That's odd because they are usually pretty prompt.

Sorry for the delays, there seem to be a few that didn't get out, and I don't know why but I'm working on chasing them down. We're a little backed up at the helpdesk as I've brought on some more help and I'm working to get them up to speed (which means it's a bit slow at the moment.)

I didn't see it in the system, which is really odd, so I pushed it through and it will go out tomorrow.

What concerns me the most is that I don't see your email to the helpdesk anywhere. Did it come from your normal email address?
