Two courses at once?

I’m new to the forum and have started the BBG course. Today I ordered the rhythm and strum course. I know the basic open chords but struggle to do anything with them. Am I crazy to think it would be okay to practice both courses simultaneously? I’m nearly 69 years of age and retired, so I can make time to practice. Appreciate any input from the membership!

Seriously, lots of different approaches from lots of different players. If you can handle TWO...go for it!

Sure. I typically work on several courses at the same time. It helps keep me fresh.

BBG and S&RM are great courses to work on at the same time! That is how I started out with Griff's material. If you get frustrated on one, set it aside for a few days and focus on the other. Then come back and you will probably find you the lesson that was frustrating you is now easier.

Seriously, the courses will reinforce each other. All the strumming and rhythm stuff is applicable to the BBG lessons. COUNTING!
