Hi , I cant figure out how to download a sound file nor can i drag and drop it over to my cd burn list in my windows laptop.

If you purchased the package, you should have the ability to download all the audio from the solos in the ALL MP3 (ZIP) file as shown below:

If you're in the All Access Pass Program and haven't purchased 5EBS or used a Golden ticket to own it permanently, you don't have the download option.
