sws ???

    hey everyone i hate to show my ignorance but what is this ssw and where can i get it or at least see it? :-?

    sws is soloing without scales. It is a  course Griff offers. I have it and think it is one of the best blues solo courses available. :)

    There's a math error on that page! If 6 months of lessons would cost $720, then a year would come to $1440, not $1420.

    Yup - even more expensive!  That's based on weekly lessons @ $30 a lesson (a common rate):

    4 * 30 = 120
    120 * 6 = 720

    evidently it's a good thing Griff can PLAY/TEACH because with his grammar and math skills he'd be screwed at a REAL job....hehehehehehehe... :p

    ...but there are 52 weeks in a year, not 48, so if you don't take time off for vacations or holidays you're going to be at 52 * 30 = 1560

    Well there's obviously a reason I'm not a math teacher...

    What's funny is that I'm actually pretty good at math. My dad actually was a math teacher for a while.  ;D

    Don't worry, I'm going to change that page anyway soon... I never really liked it but I needed something.
