So en route to MI for Tommy the Tube's @tommytubetone regional jam, this was supposed to be a stop for the Skunk @PapaRaptor, Brian @Ted_Zeppelin and myself. So when the gig got cancelled I called Tim Pierce and let him know. He called Pete Thorn and they filled the vacant space. Tim was so grateful he shot this video and sent it to me, then posted it online.

We would have been videoed at the “pick your accordion“ display. I’m sure it would have went viral. I’ve still never made the trek to Sweetwater even though it’s only about 3 hours from my house. Guess I need to add it to my retirement to-do list.

I wouldn't shop for an accordion at Sweetwater. I go to very dark, seedy Italian restaurants to seek those out and I always ask for Rocco.
