One of my favorite 70’s bands. I think there might be a little blues hidden in this one somewhere. I like a lot of their early bubble gum pop, but their later albums just rock.

I've been paying more attention to drummers lately, this one is pretty good.

According to Wikipedia, Mick Tucker, died in 2002. Didn't say why/how.

Mick was a great drummer. He died of Leukemia.

This song is a little out there (the studio version is great). Mick’s drum solo starts at around the 2:45 mark.

Looks like it might have started life as a Dano, but was heavily modified. There was an Italian company in the early 70's that did a couple of knock-offs of Dano instruments, so it might be one of those. It certainly isn't close to what the factory put on the longhorns back then.
