My apologies, it has come to my attention that there have been some email issues with the support emails...

For the last several days, I've been working with different tech support people trying to figure out why, and I believe we've found it and I have corrected the situation.

The lost emails have been found, and are being recovered, but it will take some time. This goes back to 9/30.

So if you sent in an email problem, and did not get a response, this is why. Hopefully with the changes to the infrastructure and mail server configurations on both ends, email delivery from the helpdesk will improve dramatically.

For now, I apologize that we are several days behind and working to get caught up, but it will take a few days, I'm sure.
