Solo numero 1

First video recording of solo 1. I've spent a few weeks working the major/minor boxes, so it's time to try putting them to work. Solo 1 is 6th string root, so probably the most familiar boxes to me. It took about a week to get the licks memorized, mostly. I'll try to get a cleaner recording for this month's fixit. Love the slow blues.

Started #2 today, got about 8 bars in, very stilted and stiff. Spent a fair amount of time running the boxes in this position over the static G backing track. I'm still trying to soothe out the first solo, also. Time to do something challenging, I guess and this is that, for sure.
