How about a slide workshop. Mostly because I'm too lazy right now to sit through one of the slide courses, but I have a slide and am not afraid to make the neighbors think someone is stepping on a cat's tail at my house. I'm beginning to decide that it's all about the muting. Also, not pressing down too hard (click click click go the frets - maybe my action is too low as well). Have a long way to go before it begins to sound remotely passable.
