Self Mastering

For all those who create your own mixes.
Mastering can lift your work up a notch, add some polish and make it competitive with the pros.

I've mastered all my own songs, some with no help from a plugin, some with Ozone and others.
I've been wanting to try this new mastering plugin for a while,
It's had rave reviews!

I grabbed it when they offered a 50% off BlackFriday deal.
I just finished a new song and I'm looking forward to mastering and releasing it soon using MasterPlan.

Here's the link:

If you want to distribute you music to all the streaming services and collect royalties on your original works DistroKid does it for about $23 a year.

It's all blues
I master my own stuff but can't pretend to be a pro at it. Mostly, I'm making subtle tone tweaks and assuring that my songs have the same volume and match up decently however I send them out, via Soundcloud, YouTube, Dropbox, or CD.
I used to use the S1 comps and eqs, then fat channel for most of it. I got a Brainworx mastering plug-in a while back. Now I use it with Fat Channel (mostly for the limiter) the bulk of the time, along with Softube's Tape sim. The Brainworx plug-in looks to work similarly to the one you've posted.

Just like mixing, my experience has been, it's easy to screw up during mastering..
Loudness is certainly a key factor but the other elements (done right) can make a difference.
Because I only release original works, I'm also concerned about getting the meta data correct so the royalties point back to me.
