Search Functionality Field Problem

The new search functionality fields cover up the information in the drop down menu when using Android, making the drop down menu unusable for me.

I have an Android tablet.

After choosing one of the several given topics from the drop down menu or starting to type in a topic not on the list, that drop down topic menu disappears and the "fill in the information" search "box" is available.

I also notice that when my "keyboard" first appears, the topic options appear above the info search box, rather than cover it up. But again, as soon as I start typing something not on the list it disappears anyway.
