Reading Tab

I was checking out the chords for the Rolling Stones' Wild Horses on guitartab.com and saw that there was a tab for the song so thought I'd check that out. I see that there are a few layers/rows above the tab that I"m not familiar with at all. There is a row that has letters (S, +S, E, +E, e, W, H, Q) as well as a line with various forms of |-3-| , |---3---| etc.

Further down there are | and / stacked on top of each other, above the tab. I didn't see a legend for this stuff and I'm don't know what it is. Appreciate an explanation or direction to a legend for such tab notations. I tried to copy/paste here but it didn't turn out at all as it was actually written.

Thanks,
Robb

Those are attempts to include timing in tab. There are no standards for that, though, so a table might not be too useful.
Sixteenth, Eighth, Whole, Half, Quarter;
The 3's denote triplets.
