Mix Balance Cheat Sheet

I subscribe to Bobby Owsinski's training.

Here's a pretty simple tool he just put out that can help you get your mix balance "in the ball park" quickly.

Here's what you do:
-Solo each element of the mix
-Watch the meter on the master fader (not the track meter)
-Adjust the track fader volume to match his recommendations.
-Do this for each instrument, Drums, Bass, Guiatrs, Vocals etc........

Following this template will get your mix balance in the ball park before doing any final tweaks.
