Lead Lesson 6 - speed?

In this lesson on many of the examples, as he has in previous lessons, Griff plays it through first at speed. Then does the explainer and finally plays it through 3 times. This is as normal. However where this is differing from all the previous lessons is the first play through is approximatly twice the speed of the final play throughs. What speed are people playing these at, the first full speed play through (about 100bpm) or the final 3 play throughs which are no faster than 50bpm?

I'd play each lick 3 times (or more) "slow" along with him to get the timing.

Then after I have it memorized, speed it up to full.

Similar to Griff's "Speed Building" courses that came out the next year after this.
