Julian Bream RIP

I just read that the great classical guitarist and lutenist Julian Bream has passed away. Man,what a year; we are losing some greats.

I absolutely treasure the two Julian and John albums - Bream with my countryman John Williams. There always seemed to be someone who liked Julian better than John, or vise versa.

@Silicon Valley Tom and @Griff will probably be crying in their classical repertoire today.

Oh no! I did not know he passed away. What a loss. I've been listening to him since the mid 1960's when I was introduced.

I saw so many documentaries over the years about him, and loved to listen to his playing the Lute, and Guitar. He had such a passion for his music! Each note was so important. He was also very kind to others.

That is sad news, we have lost so many musicians recently, or is that as we (at least some of us) are approaching the finish line rapidly that we are more aware.
