The United States of America has no concept how to spell beer or how to brew it!

The term "American" is one that is used incorrectly. In the United States we use the term to include only ourselves, while I notice that there are other people living in North, Central and South America.

By the way the word beer also refers to a platform where a dead body is placed. Could that be the origin of the term "dead drunk"?

In middle English it is beer. My brother in law is from Germany, and he told me we (United States) should spell beer, bier. That has been a running joke of ours for over 50 years.
