Good afternoon,
I have been playing guitar since I bought my first Harmony from a Sears catalog 35 years ago.
So, I have basically been noodling around picking up scraps and riffs here and there. writing some songs for myself and my family.
I have never been in a band (except a short stint in a punk band in the 80's)

I love the blues, I love playing my "interpretation" of it, and I want to learn to get better at it. Never too late.

I have tried a LOT of DVD's, Books and websites in that search.

I guess I am looking to bring direction and focus to my learning and playing.

I am very impressed with this so far, and am excited to roll through these lessons!

Nice to meet everyone.

Hey welcome yeah Griffs got a great system and is one of the best guitar teachers ever. Lots of good people hanging here jump on in the waters fine.

Try the BGU 2.0 course probably. Or the beginning blues guitar course ...

Alternatively theres a new 5 easy acoustic blues song course.

Hi and welcome from one of the UK mob, great bunch of folk on here with plenty of advice and encouragement. You might also like to take a wander down to the basement and join some of us in the Virtual Jam Room, you have to bring your own beer though :)
