Attempting the Blues
I had to look it up to find out it is in Canada. There is a Wikipedia entry for Okotoks. No mention of the local music scene but it looks like the winters are pretty brutal.

David, Okotoks is close to Calgary to give a reference. The winters here are a real mix. A few really cold days, then a chinook Then moderate. Then Snow. Repeat.
