If you have never posted a recording on the BGU forum, either here in the Other Member Recordings section, Virtual Jam Room or BGUTube section of the forum, you may not be aware that you cannot simply upload an audio or video file to the forum.
To make an audio or video recording available, you will need to use a 3rd party file sharing service such as Dropbox, Soundcloud, Google Drive or Youtube. There are other services as well, but these are the ones most commonly used within the forum.

Creating a Dropbox account - Uploading and Posting
Dropbox will accept either audio or video files. You can then share the link to the recording within the forum. This tutorial also explains how to do that.
