Hi everyone, don't know if you guys in the US can get copies of Guitarist Magazine, in the new edition, there is an interesting feature on Joe B and some insight into some of his blues licks. An interesting read.....

That's the magazine I look forward to the most arriving in my mailbox each month, although it takes a little longer getting over here. Hope to see it in the next week or so and will definitely check out the Joe B article.

I use the GD Legacy App on the iPad and use a subscription to buy the Guitarist Magazine monthly, I reckon because it is internet based anybody around the world would have access to buy. I read it on the iPad and the magazine comes complete with audio and video built in, it's ace.

Get it regular as her indoors buys me an annual subscription each year as part of my Christmas box!!!  Good article on JB.  I did feel sorry for him when he described how little gear he takes to the studio!!!....NOT

The licks are not on video, they are in the printed version and on the digital version also in print. Guitarist do this for their featured artist, with notation, tabs and some comments.........so I guess it's only for subscribers. The tone vid was the one I was posting about, but that was covered in the 'I don't need no stinkin' amp' post. I think but not sure, that you can get a trial issue of guitarist......

Terry and I had a chat about Guitarist at BGU Live this year. We both agreed it's the best of the guitar mags we've read. I also subscribe and the added digital content they make available alongside every magazine is good stuff.
