Green screen on all access videos

When I click on the videos for All Access sessions (completed sessions) the screen turns green instead of playing the video. I hear the audio but just a green screen instead of videos. Any ideas? thanks.

Mine seem to be working fine

That's the first time I've heard of that one. IT seems to work fine for everyone else.
Does it happen both live & on replay?
What hardware & browser are you using?
Can you try a different browser?
