Good News - Bad News

Good News - 
As you know from my previous post, when I received my BBG order DVD1 was missing, I contacted support and with a week I got the DVD1

Bad News- 
When I opened the package, the DVD1 was split in half!!! Before I opened the package, I got my guitar (tuned it) got my manual, and was set to finally ready to get started.

I have sent another email to support, and I hope this is a case of our Postal department deciding to fold a package for some reason.

I am trying to press on using the manual, and the CD, but I am missing the instruction.

Yikes, talk about a string of bad luck! Let's hope that means that it will be smooth sailing from here on out.
