1. Added Bookmark plugin that allows users to bookmark their favorite posts and view them later.

2. Added User Blocking plugin which is a little more aggressive than the previous ignore plugin.

3. Modified sidePanel template to adjust background color on mobile devices while reading conversations.

1. Updated to Xenforo version 2.2.8. Custom UI and no plugins (they are now outdated) with custom integration to Keap for user validation.
