Ugh! They have changed where everything is on my channel. Now I can't find the selection to change who can view it nor can I find the Publish button. WHy can't they leave things that are work alone?

I ran into the same problem. You should be able to switch back to the classic studio and go back to the old interface.
Couldn't find classic studio, but I figured out ONE problem. I had the screen enlarged (Shift +) but it wouldn't scroll down to the "Done" button so I never knew it was there! I made the screen smaller (Shift-) and low and behold, there was the "Done" button.

I got the same thing. I have a ton of videos uploaded to YouTube and I've never seen that message come up before.
The first one (this one
Feliz Navidad) works now.
The second one still shows the Unavailable screen.
Odd. I just looked at the second one and it's the same URL.
Maybe I'll get this right by NEXT Christmas.
Now, both links work.
I'm sure glad I don't do much IT work these days!

As "Smart as Smart Phones are, I don't understand why they can't take a picture with the selfie camera and flip it.

Yeah, I spent around 35 years in IT and I'd be lost now. Or I'd drive the millennials that are doing it today crazy with... Did you TEST that before releasing it?
