Griff just sent this out the other day as an e-mail. And it may be one of the best things he ever put out. It's about counting out basic blues rhythm in both a straight (1/8th note) and shuffle (triplet) feel. He slowly and methodically demonstrates both feels, how to perform them, etc. This is FOUNDATIONAL!
It's so good, that he should include it in a course or in a couple of courses. BBG, BGU, Acoustic BGU and/or SR&M is what I would suggest. Great stuff, great ideas and something one can refer back to as a refresher.
