It demands a bit of focus to stay with it.

I never could get the count on the first part but hopefully found some type of groove close to the beat. 5:54-7:44

It sounds like it's an odd time but it's not. It's all 4/4.

The trick is not to focus on the snare drum but rather focus on the rhythm guitar instead.

dada-dada-dada-da---bump-bump --

This stuff is tricky but once you get the hang of it, it will open up a world of new ideas!

Not bad CB!
You had a nice section of long single notes that sounded really dreamy and fit perfectly.
And you're right, it IS hard to stop.

I have tons of these kinds of tracks -- all 10 minutes plus --and I play through them a lot and I can't count how many times the track finishes and I'm like "It's done already?!"
