Thanks for the input fellas. Everyone was so very generous last summer. The donations and tips were beyond my wildest expectations, I was blown away by everyone's contribution, both monetarily and physically, pitching in to move gear, equipment, clean up, set up/ break down, etc. I can't thank everyone enough for contributing as you all did. I could not have done this without all your support. With that being said, It was my privilege to cover the balance. I truly wanted to host a good event, the cost was not a concern. I hate to even mention it, but if the event this year is as big as it is adding up to be, a modest tuition might be requested of the attendees. I haven't made any decisions on this as of yet, but knowing that a set price might be more agreeable vs random donations, helps making that decision somewhat easier.
