Here is a basic blues shuffle in G that might be good for a new player to give a shot. It's a mid-tempo shuffle in G. It's only bass and drums, so it's a good way to learn to listen to the bass and drums for the changes or to build your own organic clock of where the changes take place in a standard 12 bar blues.

Hey Papa. Im gone have a go. Im really new to this so my solo will be simple. I picked up a guitar interface this weekend and think I have figured out how to make it work with Garageband. Hope it figure this out and can re upload it it... clueless now but will learn.

Excellent! New players are always welcome and you'll certainly receive a warm welcome and a lot of encouragement down here!

I’ll agree with you so that both of us are wrong.
OK Gang. I hope this works... I took 2 choruses for first minute. Epi Les Paul Pro through Peavy Classic 20 mic'd through PreSonus Audiobox into garageband. I'm pretty new to this and dont have a lot of improvisation yet, so I learned a simple solo that some of you may recognize...

Great to have you down here n the VJR. That was a great solo, first time or not! Looking forward to more of your contributions and to seeing you bring it live to Kalamazoo.

This is all I got. out @ 6:18. That's the slothead, out of place but means well.:D
well here I am talking to myself again

I had the mind, and the opportunity, to reconsider. I have sent in a more appropriate replacement for the prior stand-in. Here is the Elite with a lil snarl.

This replaces the one above, my intention at least. And just so I don't mess anyone up I ended at the same place, just a quarter thump after 6:18.

I still think you guys did real nice up there:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:, except for the guy with the wood box:D.
