Bank account double charged

Sorry to kick things off like this but my bank account was charged twice for one purchase of the program. Tried reaching out to customer service but no response. Any suggestions?

They are usually very responsive to issues like this. I can't find a phone number this second, but you can tap Griff's avatar on any of his posts on this forum and direct message him. Also, an @Griff in the body of a message in this forum will get his attention fast. He may be traveling for weekend shows and I don't know how much staff he has to attend to these issues. I'm sure it'll be corrected swiftly, enjoy what the BGU system has to offer. It's a great tool.

You can either contact the helpdesk via email or give them a call during business hours. They are extremely responsive and can get you sorted out in short order.
