Well just a reminder:
The "artist challenge: idea was really started by @blackcoffeeblues and then encouraged by @Annie.
We've had some really good participation(y)

@sloslunas was wondering what next.:whistle:

So, how about this:
Any song from "The Blues Brothers" movie.
That give you lots of choices from lots of artists:

I'm a little preoccupied so, I'll jump in later.

It's up for grabs:cool:

I think this will be fun:)

Can we broaden that to also include any song the BBros covered?
There were 3 albums released of the Belushi-Ackroyd era, including the film soundtrack along with the soundtrack for BBros 2000 with John Goodman as the "other" blues brother after Belushi's death. I have to admit, I've never made it through BBros 2000, but have seen the original more times than I care to count. I still have the DVD somewhere around here and the 3 albums with Belushi (Briefcase Full of Blues, Blue Brothers Soundtrack and Made In America) on the original vinyl recordings. I did like this tune from the BB2000 film, but it was a shame they used a bunch of unknowns for it.

Papa Papa Papa,
Any song they covered? That's like 2/3rds of every blues song on earth:eek:

I'm thinking we just stay to songs from the original movie, otherwise it might as well be an open challenge with no specific theme.
Just my humble opinion.
