My recollection of the last time I saw him (20 years ago) was that he had a lot of very quiet passages and pauses in his playing. I can see how his show would be easily disrupted by outside noise or music.

She's a local girl. Remember her as a teen playing piano and singing in local bars and restaurants. Mucho talent around here. Local uni has an excellent music program. My neighbor is an instructer there and a well regarded jazz guy

I'm holding on to gluttony for next week. We're going to a Thanksgiving buffet at a local banquet facility. No cooking at home! Just immediate family, no guests.
