52 Rhythms Ex 1.17

    Here's lesson 1.17. Did this one on my Squier CV Strat. Middle p/u, Touch of Reverb pre-set on my MIII.

    Not sure about the tone and mixing part. Still struggle with that part.

    Excellent, as always Ivan! Not sure what tone or mix you're looking for, but that sounded just fine to me. Solid rhythm!

    Sounded really good to me Ivan. It has that low bass sound that reverbs through the body that I like. Well done. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

    Really nice work. As far as the mix, I might take the guitar down just a hair if you can imagine a vocal and a lead you would want the rhythm just down a bit, but for this exercise I see why the rhythm is more prominently featured.

    I love your tone. Just enough anger in it to grab the listener (at least this listener). Bravo!
