Unable to access my account or reset password

Hi, I am trying to access the practice generator, I have not logged in for a long time and I am unable to reset the password. I click the forgot password link and then I get the error "You do not have login privileges". Using
https://bluesguitarunleashed.com/members/login/

Any help is appreciated.

Any chance you used a different email address when you bought whatever course(s) you own?

Email support@bluesguitarunleashed.com and they'll help you get things straightened out.

As Doug suggests. IF you can log on to the forum, you should be able to log onto the member area. they both use the same ID & password. file.
If it's still not working, I'd contact the help desk.
