Lazy Sunday in E

This is nothing special, just a slow and lazy sounding blues in E at 55 bpm (told you it is slow). Since 12 bars takes around 50 seconds and in order to give any interested parties some time to stretch out, the track is about 15 minutes long. It's a quick change, but all players are welcome. If you're contemplating your first dip in the VJR, this is a good one to test the water!
I nabbed the first 1:48.

If anyone wants an extremely long track for noodling, here is the clean copy:

LOL, I got a little cornfused here. I started downloading the track, then I started playing your song of the day (Kirk Fletcher - No Place To Go)
Then he started singing, and I thought.. That's odd for the VJR. LOL.
It would be a great track though!

Papa and Mike got the slo-mo thing going on. :cool:Very pleasing playing guys!!! Sweet and soothing! I'd like to jump in behind Mike here, one more test to be sure the water is OK for the undecided. ;)

The fluency in your playing @PapaRaptor , you just make stuff sound right!!! I meant to mention on another track with you and @Ted_Zeppelin , you guys bends are both sounding like something the guitar just does, they come and go that smoothly!!!:Beer:

@MikeS is turning into "Mike the Monster", it really sounds like you are going through a "growth spurt"!!! (y)(y)(y)

Slow feels good today, thanks for putting out the welcome mat Papa!!!

Took me forever to get my levels even close...hurry up and do it twice... or 3, or 4, .....

I bit off a chunk up until 5:19 or so.:whistle::Beer: Appreciate the diversion! :D

(aw c'mon @Many Moons, (y) Papa put down lots!!!)

Man, where have you been hiding the guy that did the second chorus? Outstanding!
I totally agree @Paleo !!! After first go 'round you hit it with some angry sounding stuff, yeah yeah yeah!!!:thumbup::thumbup:

Elwood - Quirky!! Love the tone in the 2nd 12.(y)
Thanks @Many Moons !!! "Quirky", I like that. (y) (Moto said that once also, Quirky is OK by me:D ) My Mira on the bridge for the first 12, on the neck for the second. I have a template for the VJR thanks to Papa, and I just messed with the guitar settings on this track.

I’ll agree with you so that both of us are wrong.
I have to say that you guys all knocked it out of the park so far on this one. It was so good, I had to listen a second time. My only issue is @Paleo claims that he was playing the fourth spot but after the second listen, I’m pretty sure that Jimmy Page infiltrated the VJR and snuck in a turn! Everyone’s tone was spot on for this one and seamlessly transitioned between takes. Great stuff.
