How To Merge Two BGU Accounts?

I just bought my 2nd BGU course with Digital access, and inadvertently used two different email accounts. Now I have to log in two different ways to access each course.

How can I merge them into one BGU account?

I would imagine your best bet is to contact the helpdesk:

I had the same problem and it was resolved on its own after a week.

I had the same problem last year. 1 email to the help folks explaining the problem and it was solved in 24 hours.

Several times in the past I've used AutoFill when ordering, not remembering it inserts a different email address from my account.

So a new account gets set up welcoming me to the world of BGU.

So I contact Regina at the help desk saying "I did it again" and she simply moves the new course over to my original account.

So be careful to always use the same email address.
